Celina Inc. is an experienced firm who specializes in Office Business support, Call Center outbound and inbound work across all medias and Human Resources for Government and Private organizations.
Celina Benavidez, President and owner of Celina Inc., has over 25 years in Human Resource, project and organizational management with transportation organizations including the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), City & County of Denver (CCD) and the Regional Transportation District (RTD).
Human Resources
Celina Inc. shall be responsible for all phases of Human Resources and Administration for your company’s Human Resources Services. Human Resources management responsibilities include; Recruitment, Retention, Job Evaluation, Communications & Outreach, Hire, Training/Career Development, Delivery
Workforce Development, Compensation, English As a Second Language (ESL), Separation, and Reports.
Recruitment
Celina Inc. shall be responsible for all phases of recruitment. Celina Inc. has expertise utilizing community-based organizations; churches, workforce development centers and organizations that specialize in workforce placement entities will refer and recommend candidates for positions.
Celina Inc. will utilize social media, radio, and local community newspapers to reach out to candidates interested in a long-term career. Celina Inc. would participate in local workforce job fairs and community events where work force recruitment is part of the event. During recruitment events, Celina Inc. shall identify outstanding applicants who may be excellent candidates for managers, supervisors and lead workers.
Recruitment and Outreach of Job Seekers
Recruitment shall be advertised to job seekers in English and Spanish through various communications that may include:
- Public Notices (bi-lingual) poster, flyer, letters, which will be designed to include Job Classifications
- Press releases will be designed for local newspapers
- Recruitment shall be advertised through local and ethnic media outlets
- Target minority, women and local Spanish speaking publications and church bulletins
- Utilize a bi-lingual poster and post in local businesses, libraries and communities of interest
Outreach Efforts Will Include Notifying and Contacting the Following Entities
- City & County of Denver Work Force Office
- City Council Representative Offices
- Religious Leaders in the Districts
- Community organizations
Training and Development
Celina Inc. shall develop an Employee Handbook (bi-lingual) for all new hires to the company. The Employee Handbook will identify and policies, procedures, compensation, workforce development, employee performance review and day-to-day requirement for employees. Celina Inc. shall provide training to new hires on employee handbook and mission and values of a premiere customer service organization.
Job Evaluation
Celina Inc. shall provide all application, testing, screening for personnel new hires. Utilizing the companies accepted application forms, Celina Inc. shall except and review all applications and personnel packet requirement. Application requirements shall include; application, proper I.D. for screening at the airport, work VISA or Citizenship requirements and authorization for future background check and drug test.
Workforce Development
Upon request Celina Inc. can provide workforce training for new managers, supervisors and lead workers. This training has proved essential to retaining and preparing personnel for the workforce. Workforce Development can include workforce sessions on: Sexual Harassment, Civil Rights, Risk Management, Employee Wellness, and Total Project Leadership where supervisors can learn how to have best practices implemented in day to day operations. Additional workshops may include ADA requirements and common sense for supervisors and employees who interact with the traveling public. Celina Inc. will provide Sexual Harassment workshops that communicate company policy, procedures and steps for filing internal complaints and investigation procedures. The workshop provides to the manager important questions to ask workforce when receiving potential complaints (management training sessions only), and helps resolve critical issues that may escalate in the workforce.
Total Project Leadership
A workshop for managers and supervisors to help develop skills for retaining employees, resolve conflict in the workplace, identify workplace violence, corrective and disciplinary and termination.
Separation/Reports
Celina Inc. shall provide all separation support for the company including termination letters, separation agreements and exit interviews upon request.
Investigation
Celina Inc. upon request can provide Investigation and recommendations on civil rights discrimination complaints (Title VII & VII), Safety, Sexual Harassment, and Sex Discrimination. Celina Inc. has 20 years experience in Human Resource investigation.
